Kids say (and write) the funniest things. Check out these funny notes from children. The ones below made me laugh out loud!
Also, I think Emma is a pretty smart six-year-old.
I know Oz has only been gone for a week and a bit, but I really miss having a little creature running around my home. There is this palpable emptiness that lingers now. Everyday when I come home from work, I quietly (so my neighbours won’t think I’m cray-cray) find myself calling out, “Hey Monk, I’m home!” — almost like knee-jerk reaction.
So, I’ve been surfing Toronto Cat Rescue’s website and I think I might have found, “The One”.
I love how they introduce all the cats with, “Meow! My name is” — isn’t that just the cutest?
Tell me your thoughts! Should I adopt this little guy? I’m not going to lie, that persuasive line about how, “Noah was born to LOVE! Out of all his siblings he is the biggest ham”, really pulled on my heart strings.

I’ve been purposely trying to do things that put a smile on my face: listen to good music, gorge on tasty cheese and olives, read funny books and blogs and let me tell you, nothing is funnier than Riley the dog! JUST look at him! HA HA HA. I squealed with laughter when I saw this picture for the first time. Look at his face! Doesn’t he look like a little human?!? And those eyes! I love how patient he is; he’s so polite waiting to eat his cake.
